SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale for Bacteriostatic Water Supply Co Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing and Handling

1.1 All orders are subject to confirmation of payment prior to processing.
1.2 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.3 You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including relevant tracking information, once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
2.2 The following indicative delivery windows apply:

  • Standard Shipping: three (3) to six (6) business days;

  • Express Shipping: two (2) to four (4) business days.
    2.3 Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier network capacity, and factors beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather events, industrial action, and carrier delays).
    2.4 Deliveries to rural or remote locations may require additional time.

3. Carriers

3.1 We engage reputable third-party carriers to provide shipping services, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post (Standard and Express)

  • FedEx

  • TNT

  • Team Global

  • Go Logistics
    3.2 Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, risk in the goods passes to the customer in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, delivery method, and destination.
4.2 Any additional fees or surcharges imposed by carriers (including re-delivery fees or customs duties, where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays and Liability

5.1 While we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for loss or delay arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
