Bacteriostatic Saline is a laboratory-grade 0.9% Sodium Chloride solution containing 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol as a preservative. It is designed for non-clinical settings where a sterile, preservative-containing solution is required.
In research environments, it may be used to prepare or dilute compounds under sterile conditions, or in procedures where maintaining sterility and inhibiting microbial growth are important. The product is processed using distilled water and packaged in sealed, sterilised vials suitable for laboratory handling.
